Let's get your machine powering on. Do each step, then tell me if it worked.

Use this when the machine has no power, blinks and does nothing, cannot reach Windows/Ubuntu, or shuts itself down. Most cases are fixed by a proper power reset. A blinking-light pattern or an on-screen error code usually means a hardware repair is needed β raise a ticket with the details.
1. Check the charger and wall socket. If the charging light does not glow, try another socket, then another charger.
2. Hard power reset: unplug the charger and all USB devices, hold the power button 30 seconds, reconnect power, switch on.
3. Remove all USB drives and SD cards, then restart β it may be trying to boot from an empty device.
4. Watch the keyboard lights: a repeating blink pattern is a hardware code (usually RAM or motherboard). Count and note it.
5. Load BIOS defaults: tap the BIOS key at power-on (HP F10, ASUS/Dell F2, Lenovo F1), choose Load/Restore Defaults, Save & Exit.
6. Thermal/fan: a 90B fan error, a hot base, or a fan that never spins means it will overheat. Keep vents clear, use on a hard surface, and raise a ticket for cleaning/fan replacement.
Still stuck? Raise a ticket with the model, exactly what you see (blink pattern or error code), and what you tried.
