To add a printer: 1) USB β€” plug it in; Windows usually finds it. Otherwise Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners > Add device. 2) Network/Wi-Fi β€” make sure the printer is on the same network, then Add device; if it isn't found, choose "Add manually" > "Add a printer using an IP address" and enter the printer's IP. 3) Install the driver if prompted (from the maker's site for the exact model). 4) Right-click the printer > Set as default. FIX "can't print": make sure the right printer is selected and not "offline"; clear stuck jobs (open the print queue > Cancel all); restart the Print Spooler service (services.msc > Print Spooler > Restart); power-cycle the printer. If it still fails, raise a ticket with the printer model.
