WHO & WHERE IT COVERS
• Applies to all employees — permanent, trainees and contract — and to male, female and third-gender employees. It covers all offices, client sites, off-site company activities, and any Iksula-organised social/business function.
• It also applies to conduct by clients, suppliers or business associates, not just internal staff.
WHAT IT INCLUDES
• Sexual harassment is any unwelcome, unsolicited sexually-oriented conduct — physical contact or advances, a demand or request for sexual favours, sexually-coloured remarks, showing pornography, or any other unwelcome physical, verbal or non-verbal conduct of a sexual nature.
HOW TO RAISE A CONCERN
• You can report a concern confidentially to the HR team or the Internal Committee (ICC). Complaints are handled sensitively and there is no tolerance for retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith.
• To speak to HR privately, raise an HR request or contact the HR team directly.
