Your weekly-off day and shift come from the roster your project/Reporting Manager maintains in HRMantra. If it suddenly shows the wrong day (for example, your week-off changed from what your project follows), it's usually a roster-mapping issue, not a leave deduction.
WHAT TO DO
• First confirm the correct week-off/shift with your Reporting Manager.
• Raise an HR request stating your correct weekly-off day / shift and the month(s) showing wrong. HR will correct the roster mapping so your attendance and any wrongly-counted leave are set right.
• If a wrong week-off caused an incorrect leave/LWP deduction, mention that too — it will be reversed once the roster is corrected.
