PAYDAY
β€’ Salary is paid on the 7th of each month by bank transfer (NEFT). If the 7th is a weekend/holiday, you're paid on the prior working day.
β€’ Your salary account must NOT be a joint account. Submit your bank details to Accounts within 7 days of joining. If your account isn't active at the first payout, the amount is held and paid with the next salary once active.

YOUR CTC COMPONENTS
β€’ Basic Salary β€” usually 30%–95% of monthly CTC (fully taxable).
β€’ House Rent Allowance (HRA) β€” up to 50% of Basic (tax exemption on producing rent receipts in your name).
β€’ Leave Travel Allowance (LTA) β€” up to 1 month's Basic per year (tax-exempt twice in a block of 4 years, per actual travel fare).
β€’ Conveyance Allowance β€” up to β‚Ή1,600/month (β‚Ή19,200/year).
β€’ Medical Allowance β€” up to β‚Ή1,250/month (β‚Ή15,000/year), reimbursed against bills (fully taxable if no bills).
β€’ Telephone Allowance β€” actual expenses on one mobile + one landline in your name.
β€’ Children Education Allowance β€” β‚Ή100/month per child, up to 2 children.

PAYSLIP & FORM 16
β€’ Download your payslip and Form 16 from HRMantra. If you can't, raise an HR request.

SALARY LOOKS WRONG?
β€’ Notify HR immediately β€” errors are checked and corrected. Note: unapproved leave (LWP) and late-coming deductions reduce pay (see the Leave & Attendance policy).
