Cannot sign in to your Iksula Gmail (wrong password / 2-step verification)

Locked out of your @iksula.com Gmail? Work through these steps.
1. Check the basics first. Make sure you are typing the full address ([email protected]), Caps Lock is off, and you are not on a colleague's browser profile (top-right avatar in Chrome).
2. Forgot your password? On the Google sign-in page click "Forgot password?". If you set up a recovery phone/email, Google lets you reset it yourself. If you never set one up, the reset must be done by IT — raise a ticket or email [email protected] from your personal email with your employee ID, and we will reset it (you will be asked to verify your identity).
3. 2-Step Verification prompts. Google requires 2-step verification for all Iksula accounts. If you got a new phone and lost the authenticator/SMS codes, IT can temporarily disable 2SV so you can sign in and re-enrol — raise a ticket with subject "2SV reset" and your employee ID.
4. "New sign-in" warning emails. If you receive a "new sign-in from Chrome/Firefox" email and it was you (new laptop, reinstalled browser), you can ignore it. If it was NOT you, click "Check activity" in that email, sign out the unknown session, change your password immediately, and inform IT.
5. New joiners. Your Gmail is created as part of onboarding. If your joining date has passed and you still cannot sign in, your manager or HR should raise a "Email / Google Workspace Account" request from the Service Catalog — accounts are usually active within a few hours of the request being approved.
Still stuck? Email [email protected] or raise a ticket from the Help Center — include your asset tag (sticker on the laptop) and a screenshot if possible.
