FAQ: How do I get my Form 16 (including previous years or after exit)?

Form 16 is your annual TDS/tax certificate.
CURRENT & PAST YEARS
• Download it yourself from HRMantra (Tax / Documents section). You can pull earlier financial years the same way while you have access.
• If a year isn't available or won't download, raise an HR request listing the financial year(s) you need.
AFTER YOU'VE LEFT
• HRMantra access closes after your last working day, so HR shares Form 16 directly to your registered email on request.
GOOD TO KNOW
• Form 16 only exists for a financial year in which you were actually employed and had TDS — it won't be available for a year before your date of joining. See 'Get an employment, experience or verification letter (BGV, Form 16)'.
