Iksula provides a group medical insurance (mediclaim) cover.
PREMIUM
• Your share of the premium is deducted monthly and applies for any month in which you were active — including a month where your last working day falls before month-end.
RENEWAL & E-CARD
• The policy is renewed by HR at the group level; you don't renew it individually. After a renewal, the updated e-card/health card typically reflects within about 20 days.
• Your digital health card and network hospitals are usually available in the insurer's app (e.g. Loop). Raise an HR request if you can't access your e-card or need policy/coverage details.
For claims or hospitalisation queries, raise an HR request and HR will connect you with the insurer's process.
