FAQ: My reimbursement is approved but I haven't been paid
HR Guides · 0 views
Manager approval is the first step — payment follows in the payroll cycle.
HOW IT FLOWS
• Once your Reporting Manager approves the claim, it's verified with Finance and then processed along with a payroll cycle — so an 'approved' claim may still be a few days from being credited.
• Make sure the claim was raised correctly in HRMantra (Admin > Expense Application) with valid bills attached, within the claim timelines (travel bills to Finance within 7 days; travel claim within 15 days of return).
IF IT'S DELAYED
• Raise an HR request with the claim date and amount. HR verifies with Finance and gets it included in the next cycle. See 'Claim reimbursement & travel expenses (HRMantra)'.
