FAQ: My reporting manager (L1/L2) is wrong or missing in HRMantra

Your leave, OD, reimbursement and appraisal approvals route to your mapped Reporting Manager (L1) and, where applicable, L2. If the mapping is wrong or missing, your requests can get stuck with no one to approve them.
WHAT TO DO
• Raise an HR request with your employee code, your correct L1 (and L2) manager's name and code, and the effective date.
• HR updates the mapping in HRMantra; pending requests will then route to the right approver.
If you're blocked mid-cycle (e.g. can't submit an appraisal or an OD because there's no approver), mention that it's urgent so it's prioritised before the relevant cut-off.
