FAQ: When will I get my Full & Final settlement and experience/relieving letter?

After your last working day (LWD):
TIMELINE
• The Full & Final settlement and exit documents are processed in the FFS cycle — typically released around the 15th-20th of the month following your LWD (once your No-Dues clearance is complete).
• Your salary for the actual days worked in your final month is paid within this cycle, not as a separate advance.
YOUR DOCUMENTS
• Experience and Relieving letters are emailed to your registered/personal email. If the email arrives without the attachment, just reply and flag it — HR resends.
• Lost your original relieving letter later? HR can reissue a duplicate on request.
If it's past the window and you haven't received your F&F or letters, send a reminder via an HR request with your employee code and LWD. See 'Resignation & Full-and-Final (F&F) settlement'.
