New joiner: documents & onboarding checklist

Submit ONE clear scanned copy of your original documents to HR on your joining date so your employment record is complete.
JOINING CHECKLIST
1. Resume / CV
2. Signed & accepted Offer Letter (hard copy; with Employment Agreement if applicable)
3. All educational marksheets & certificates (10th/12th/Graduation/Masters/PhD)
4. All work-experience & relieving letters
5. Address proof (light/telephone bill; if not in your name, also Ration Card/Passport/Aadhaar/Voter ID/Rent Agreement)
6. Identity proof (Driving License/Passport/Voter ID/Aadhaar)
7. PAN card photocopy
8. 2 passport-size photographs
9. Bank account details (cancelled cheque with printed name, or passbook copy)
IMPORTANT
• If these documents aren't submitted, your salary is held until all details are furnished and updated in HRMantra.
• Your appointment is subject to a background check within the 90-day probation. Keep HR updated if your address changes.
RE-JOINING
• If you rejoin within 2 months of your last working day, you're treated as a re-joiner (no formal interview needed). After 2 months you're a fresh candidate. Contact the recruitment team to rejoin.
