PROVIDENT FUND (PF)
• PF contribution = (Basic + Dearness Allowance) × 12%. Your UAN links your PF across employers; HR can share your PF/UAN details on request.

GRATUITY
• Payable after 5 years of continuous service — on superannuation, retirement, resignation, or death/disablement (the 5-year condition is waived for death/disablement).
• Gratuity = last drawn salary × 15/26 × number of years of service.

ESI (Employee State Insurance)
• For eligible employees, the employer's ESI contribution = monthly gross payable × 4.75%. ESI provides medical and cash benefits.

BONUS (Payment of Bonus Act)
• Eligible: employees drawing salary/wages up to ₹21,000/month who worked at least 30 days in the year — minimum 8.33%.
• Calculation: if wages > ₹7,000, bonus = ₹7,000 × 8.33%; else wages × 8.33% (wages = monthly Basic or minimum-wage Basic, whichever is higher).
