To add your Iksula Gmail to your phone: ANDROID — open the Gmail app > tap your profile picture > Add another account > Google > sign in with your Iksula email and password (approve the 2-Step prompt). IPHONE — easiest is to install the Gmail app from the App Store and sign in; or Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account > Google. You can also use the Outlook mobile app: Add Account > enter your Iksula email > sign in with Google. If sign-in is blocked, your account may need 2-Step Verification set up first (see that article) or admin approval — raise a ticket.
