AnyDesk lets IT connect to your laptop to fix things remotely. 1) Download AnyDesk from anydesk.com and open it (you can run it without installing). 2) Under "This Desk" you'll see your 9-digit AnyDesk address — share it ONLY with Iksula IT via your ticket or chat. 3) When IT connects, an Accept box appears — click Accept. 4) You can see everything they do and end the session anytime by closing AnyDesk. SAFETY: never share your AnyDesk ID or click Accept for anyone who phones or emails you out of the blue claiming to be support — that is a common scam. Only Iksula IT, through a ticket you raised.
