HOW TO RESIGN
β€’ Initiate the Resignation Application from your HRMantra login. Your notice period starts from the date your Reporting Manager ACCEPTS the resignation in HRMantra β€” not from the application date.
β€’ Serve the notice period stated in your offer/confirmation letter. If you don't complete it, salary for the balance period is recovered from you (pro-rata).
β€’ Note: no leaves can be planned during notice or probation periods.

NO-DUES & CLEARANCES
β€’ On applying, a No-Dues clearance form is shared automatically along with the detailed EXIT process email. The full & final settlement starts after you submit the No-Dues form to the PSD Team, with clearances from all departments.
β€’ Clear pending claims before your relieving date (unsettled recoverable amounts are forfeited). Outstanding loans/advances and any relocation expense (if you resign within 6 months of relocation) are recovered in the F&F.

F&F PAYOUT & LETTERS
β€’ F&F (salary, leave balance, gratuity, medical encashment if any) is paid to your salary bank account. Example: last working day 14 Jun β†’ F&F released around 13 Jul.
β€’ Your Relieving and Experience letters are emailed to your personal email ID and posted to your address; hard copies can be collected in person on the F&F date. Close your salary account yourself after exit.
