Access Google Drive and shared drives (and set up Drive for desktop)

Your Iksula files live in Google Drive (drive.google.com): "My Drive" is your personal space; "Shared drives" are team spaces. To open a shared drive, click Shared drives in the left menu; if you can't see one you need, open the folder/file link and click "Request access" (the owner approves). To work with Drive files like normal folders, install Drive for desktop from google.com/drive/download, sign in with your Iksula account, and your Drive appears as a drive letter in File Explorer (or in Finder on Mac) — open, edit and save files directly, and mark important folders "Available offline". If files won't sync, click the Drive for desktop icon > check it's signed in and not paused, and that you have internet.
