Zoho Mail is retired — your mailbox is now on Google Workspace

Accounts & Email · 2 views

UPDATE: Zoho Mail is no longer used at Iksula. All mailboxes have been migrated to Google Workspace — your email is now an @iksula.com or @iksula.in Google account.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU
1. Sign in at gmail.com (or mail.google.com) with your @iksula.com / @iksula.in address — NOT at zoho.com. Your old Zoho password does not apply; Google credentials were shared at migration (or use "Forgot password" if you set a recovery option).
2. Old Zoho links, bookmarks and the Zoho mobile app should be removed — replace them with the Gmail app signed in to your work account.
3. Your historical mail was migrated to the new Google mailbox. If something specific seems missing, raise a ticket with the approximate date and subject of the missing email and we will check the migration archive.
4. Mail clients (Outlook/Apple Mail) previously set up with Zoho IMAP will error — remove that account and re-add as a Google account (it auto-configures).
5. If any external service or website still sends notifications to a Zoho alias, update it to your current address; mail sent to retired Zoho addresses does not arrive.

Sign-in problems with the new Google account? Follow the "Cannot sign in to your Iksula Gmail" article — password resets and 2-step verification are covered there.

Still stuck? Email [email protected] or raise a ticket from the Help Center — include your asset tag and what step failed.
